Aster Private Limited commenced its operations in execution of Railway signaling works in 2004 by establishing  ‘ Railway Signaling Division ‘, popularly known as RSD.

With the aim of bringing focused energy of its technical excellence into the operations of Railway Signaling & other Railway related business , Aster has  transferred the Railway business activities to the resultant company Aster Rail Private Limited with the sanction of H’ble High Court , under the scheme of de-merger.  Consequently, Aster Rail (P) Limited has come into existence with effect from 1st November, 2007 duly inheriting all the credentials owned by Aster Private Limited.

Accordingly, the entire technical team of the erstwhile RSD has been transferred to Aster Rail Private Ltd along with all the on going contracts of all Railway Signaling works. 

Aster Rail with its technical expertise  is poised to deliver END- END signaling systems with a  spirit of “Show us a plan- we will construct  a signaling  system” and will deliver the signaling projects even with the tough deadlines set by the customers.
